Day 15 was a big one for the house as they passed the amended fiscal year ‘22 budget.
The amended budget passed with a pay raise for teachers, a five thousand dollar cost of living increase for state employees, and 900 million dollars allotted for infrastructure. While Buckhead's cityhood plan crumbles, the Senate’s legislative livestock team won its first showdown in 7 years.
