Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(dramatic music) - What I personally hope for James in season six is more of the same in that he, you know, he grows into himself personally, professionally, and to continue that building of the foundations from which to raise his family.
- Moving forwards, obviously, no one in the house really knows what's gonna happen with the war.
- The best thing we can do is carry on as normal.
The family needs to be held tighter and tighter to keep us together.
- I do like it when the house is full and happy.
- So do I.
- Obviously we want Tristan ultimately to be able to come home permanently.
- I found out yesterday my latest batch of recruits have been deployed.
- Does that mean you have to go?
- No, no, no, no.
I'm staying in Doncaster for the foreseeable.
- I'm very pleased to hear it - For season six, I hope that Tristan just continues on his, you know, journey of maturity, journey of finding his sort of place in the world in terms of work.
- I think Trist should get up to mischief again, that's what he does best.
- Tristan, what the?
- I've lost a blasted ferret!
- And I hope he finally manages to like actually settle down with someone rather than just sort of flitting from woman to woman as he has sort of been in the past.
- We'd all like to see something wonderful happen to Mrs. Hall.
Maybe she'll fall in love.
- It'd be fantastic if she were to manage to repair her relationship slightly more with Edward and we could see maybe a bit more of him in Skeldale, and for Siegfried, it would just be good for him to just chill out a little bit.
- There's a schedule to stick to.
- I would like it if Siegfried could find love.
He deserves it and you'd see things coming out of him that you won't see otherwise.
- He's clever, dependable, the kindest of men, and not currently in a pair bond.
I hope that everyone at Skeldale goes on a long holiday together to Spain.
That's what I'd like to see.
- I really hope in season six that we see Helen and James having fun again because I think they've been through such a lot together.
I think it's been really hard for them both, so I'd like to see them get back to their sort of solid union and have fun again.
- Merry Christmas.
- Maybe James and Helen would be nice for them to have another baby.
Would be nice if for them to maybe have a daughter.
I don't know, something like that would be cool.
- If there was the pitter-patter of little feet once again, well, you know, we'll see about that.
- Who knows?
(woman laughing) Merry Christmas.
