Beh Meh is making Buffalo home. Born in Myanmar, she fled to a refugee camp with her family when she was just two-years old. After nine-years, her family was resettled in Kenmore, NY. The family tries to preserve their Karenni traditions while making a home in their new country. Beh’s parents always stressed the power of education. She is attending college working towards her teaching degree.
